I was brought into my blended family as what I call a "premade family". I met a guy at 20 years old and I immediately fell in love with him. I did know that he had 2 small kids, but at that time his ex-wife was regularly in their lives so it wasn't like I dove into being a mom. S was only 5 and R had just turned 2!
WOW! I know.. A mom at 20.. I never thought that would happen. I fell into the life super easy. I adored the kids and they adored me. I only saw them on the weekends when I came to stay living some hours away.
We decided that it would work out great for me to move in. The more I was in their loves, the less their mom was.
So long story short. We married after 8.5 years and got pregnant with our youngest. My point of this blog is to help survive being a mom or dad of a teen or multiple teens. And toddlers occasionally. I will post it from a moms point of view and from a Step-mom point. I love comments, and I would love to hear positive feedback on what YOU want to hear.
